EXCHANGES & RETURNS
 

  • HOW MANY VINYLS PER ORDER?
    Each unit ordered will include one vinyl. For instance, a single small vinyl is priced at £4.99.
  • CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM DESIGN?
    Absolutely, you can indeed :) Please see our custom order product on the website or click here . All artwork needs to be provided by you Custom orders are non refundable Turn-around time is 2 - 4 weeks.
  • RETURNS
    • You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your intention to return. If accepted by our returns team, you have 14 days from this date to deliver to the supplied address. Returns received after this period will not be refunded. • All returns should be unused and in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been peeled or damaged upon return. • If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your goods and complete your return to us within 14 days of us being notified by you. This is only applicable if the item(s) returned are complete, in resalable condition, unused and with the correct packaging. We reserve the right to charge up to 30% repackaging fee for item(s) that need repackaging, deductible from your refund.
  • CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM SIZE?
    I am pleased to offer custom vinyl designs tailored to your specifications. Simply provide me with the dimensions and desired pattern, and I will promptly generate a personalised quote for you. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Should you wish to proceed with placing an order, we'll be delighted to assist you further.
  • FAULTS OR MISSING STICKERS
    Whilst quality control checks are performed prior to dispatch, on rare occasions a product may be found to have a fault. Faults are where the product is not fit for its intended purpose. (If your item is found to be damaged on delivery, please refer to our damaged section). Please kindly fill in the contact form here, and be as clear as possible as to the issue and provide multiple images to assist.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are resident within UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days. This cancellation right does not apply to 'Made To Order' or personalised goods. Period ends 14 days after the day on which the goods are delivered to your chosen delivery address. This applies where orders have already been dispatched. Orders outside the 14 days period, please refer to our returns policy. Please note that cancellations after items have been booked or dispatched, will incur a cost deducted from the refund to cover lost expense charged by our logistics companies.
  • RETURNING GOODS
    Before you proceed, make sure that you have completed our returns form and had your return accepted before proceeding. It is the customers responsibility to organise and cover payment to third party couriers if required, and to return items to Toddle & Play in an unused, originally packaged, undamaged condition.
  • REFUNDS
    Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item being received or cancelled. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment only. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
  • DELIVERY
    FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60 - UK mainland only. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are all not included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for a quotation. UK: £3.25 for small lightweight parcels within the Royal Mail small parcel dimensions INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Cost of shipping is processed by region at Checkout and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked as standard. EU and International Orders: Could be subject to an import tax depending on region.
  • MISSED DELIVERY
    Our courier will try and redeliver your parcel twice. Failing that the parcel is then returned to me. All parcels that are returned due to non delivery which did not occur from a shipping error will not be entitled to a free redelivery and will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the order value.
